Spinach Smoothie! Kid rated 10!

  • ½ cup cold filtered water or coconut water
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup organic grapes - I tend to use green grapes, so the smoothie stays green in color
  • 2 fully packed cups of spinach -_I really pack the spinach in, so I'm sure it's a bit more than 2 cups
  • ½ ripe banana
  • optional for adults - 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  1. Place the water, pineapple, grapes, spinach and ½ banana into a a high powered blender.
  2. Blend away until smooth!
  3. Pour into a glass, add a cute straw and drink up!
