mango avocado salsa and how to dice a mango
  • 1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled, and diced medium
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced medium
  • 1 small red onion or ½ of large red onion, diced small - I can't seem to find small red onions around my neck of the woods so I always use ½ of a larger onion
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (1 lime)
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
  1. Prep all your ingredients.
  2. Squeeze the 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice, dice up your red onion, chop up your cilantro, dice up your avocado and mango.

  4. Get out a large bowl and combine all the above ingredients.
  5. Add the tablespoon of olive oil and the ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt.
  6. Gently combine all the ingredients together.
  7. That's all there is to it!
