Hi Victoria! Ok, why don’t you try my super simple broccoli lemon pasta? It’s so easy to make and can virtually be made in one pot (except for the lemon and butter sauce)! You could also try my cheesy baked pasta tortellini. My KIDS love this pasta, in fact I’m making it for them tomorrow night! Super easy if you like cheese and tortellini that is. Take a look at my pasta recipe list and see if any other ones spark your interest, I have tons, and there are lots of easy ones to get you started. As far as sweets go, all of my sweets are easy to make. My daughter loves making; Robert’s Absolute Best Brownies as well as The best chocolate chip cookies. Those are both easy and loved by everyone! Oh, and if you have a popover pan, you should make popovers. They’re super easy and look so impressive! Hi Carol! I actually don’t have a vegan recipe for the chocolate coconut pie. I have this pie, http://www.marinmamacooks.com/2012/12/chocolate-coconut-pie/. There is a link to a vegan recipe at the bottom of my post that a blogger friend of mine made. The only thing I will say on her recipe is don’t make the pie in the muffin tins, as it’s super hard to get each one out. Use a tart pan or regular pie dish like I did. thanks for understanding jackie, i sometimes speak before i think…lol. hey byt the way i was in minnisota many years ago and stopped into a cafe. Well you know they love their blue cheese and i got a blue cheese burger…. OMG! the cheese was a 1/2 inch thick and melted perfectly.
