Yes, it takes time, but it’s worth it! Do this when you get back from the grocery store. It will keep lettuce fresh for a week or more. Also, don’t wash lettuce in the sink. I took a serve safe class in natural chef school and our sinks are not fit to wash greens, as they are full of bacteria. Yes, I fully admit I’m a dork 🤪 and I don’t mind showing you all my inner child at play, but how many of you dance and sing (plus clap 🤣) while you cook? I mean who doesn’t love to dance? Dancing and singing ground you into your body and the present moment and that joy filled vibration & energy goes into the food you’re making. Food is energy and we are energy. When you cook with joy, that joy goes into the food and thus when you serve up that food to family and friends, they feel the joy and vibrant energy in the food! It’s a win win! If cooking feels like a daily chore for you, why not turn on some music and turn that chore into a dance party! I just want my damn cup of coffee ☕️🤣We all have those things that we just don’t want to give up yet, and coffee is my thing. I will maybe try this again, but then again maybe not. 🤣 Life is about living fully, and also about balance. Those little things that bring you joy, when you eliminate them can sometimes cause more stress, and hey, I don’t want to add more stress at this point.
